Free consultation to evaluate potential clients' care needs. During this meeting time, potential clients' and or immediate family members will meet with a care coordinator professional via zoom or in person at potential clients' residence. If this appointment is set to be held via zoom, a zoom link will be provided 24 hours prior to the appointment time. All information discussed during this meeting time is confidential.
